Cyprus has a direct Citizenship programme for 2 million EUR. The investor can get the Cypriot passport within 6 to 8 months.

Cyprus Permanent Residence Programme: The foreign investor including the members of the family can get the Permanent Residence Card by a purchase of real estate property starting from 300,000 EUR. The Card is issued within 3 months.

It is to be noted for Cyprus Citizenship and Permanent Residence Programme, the investor has to maintain the investment, i.e., properties cannot be disposed off.
